Mornings start early to reach sunrise viewpoints and arrive at sites before the midday crowds. Afternoons are open for rest. Sunsets are scheduled at coastal viewpoints. Each day is grouped by region to keep travel within one part of the island.

Southeast coast

Manoa Valley and the farmers market

The canopy gives soft, even light. The trail is muddy after rain.

North Shore

Windward coast

The ridge is a short, steep climb best started before dawn. Lanikai Beach offers similar views at sea level.
